Terms of Service

1. General

Username Market ("Service", "Platform") is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling Telegram usernames. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement.

3. Account

• Your account is linked to your Telegram account
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must not share your account or use someone else's account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. Marketplace Rules

• All usernames listed must be legitimately owned by the seller
• Selling stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed usernames is prohibited
• Prices are set by sellers in TON cryptocurrency
• The Platform charges a 5% commission on each sale
• A listing fee of 0.25 TON applies for NFT withdrawal

5. Transactions

• All transactions are conducted in TON cryptocurrency
• Transactions are final and non-reversible once completed
• For channel username sales, an escrow system protects both parties
• Sellers have 24 hours to complete the transfer after payment
• If the seller fails to transfer within 24 hours, funds are returned to the buyer

6. Escrow

• Funds are frozen during the escrow period
• The Platform verifies ownership transfer automatically
• Neither party can withdraw frozen funds until the transaction is resolved
• Disputes are handled by Platform administrators

7. NFT Usernames

• NFT username transfers are processed on the TON blockchain
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Selling usernames that infringe trademarks or copyrights
• Manipulating prices or creating fake listings
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantage

9. Liability

• The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions
• We are not responsible for the value or quality of usernames
• We are not liable for losses due to blockchain failures, Telegram changes, or third-party actions
• Maximum liability is limited to the commission earned on the specific transaction

10. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued when the escrow timer expires without transfer
• Completed transactions cannot be refunded
• Platform fees are non-refundable

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
